Editors-in-Chief:
- Ahna J.: Ahna is a senior and an Editor-in-Chief of the BB&N POV. Ahna’s interest in politics originated when she moved from Korea to the U.S. in 2022. Living in a completely different environment than before, she used politics as a way to ground herself in a new culture. She is interested in the unifying and dividing power of politics and hopes to use political understanding to leave a positive impact on the world today. Outside of the POV, she can be found rock climbing, pole vaulting, running, baking, shopping, and hanging out with friends.
- Quinn R.: Quinn has participated in the POV since her freshman year and is an Editor-in-Chief. In addition to her love of writing, Quinn rows for BB&N in the fall and spring and enjoys listening to Fleetwood Mac and the Grateful Dead. Outside of school, she loves to read with friends. Her favorite book is Educated by Tara Westover.
Assistant Editors-in-Chief:
- Mirabel G: Mirabel is a senior at BB&N. She joined the POV because she wanted to learn more about political journalism after feeling left out of dinner-table conversations with family and relatives. During her free time, you can find her hanging out with her friends, shopping for new clothes, or out running along the Esplanade.
- Dean R.: Dean is a sophomore and has been writing for the POV for 2 years. He enjoys writing about foreign relations as well as domestic issues. Outside of the POV, he enjoys playing chess and video games with friends.
- Viola S.: Viola is currently a sophomore at BBN and really enjoys writing for the POV to learn about others’ political views and perspectives. She loves writing about foreign and domestic politics. Outside of the POV, Viola loves to run, bake, and spend time with friends.
Editors:
- Leila B.: Leila is a senior at BB&N. She joined the BB&N community in her freshman year and began writing for the POV soon after. She enjoys writing about domestic and international politics, and loves that the POV gives her the opportunity to learn more about current happenings in the world. In her free time, she likes running, skiing, drawing, shopping, and hanging out with her friends and family.
- David M.: David is a senior at BB&N. He first came to BB&N in 9th grade. He started writing for the POV his freshman year and enjoys writing about space, conflict, and domestic politics. At BB&N, he runs cross-country and is a V. Crew coxswain. Otherwise, he enjoys reading and drawing.
- Mathew D.: Matthew is a junior at BB&N. He is an editor, production manager, and leader of the roundtable. Matthew enjoys writing about domestic and international policy. When he is not writing for the POV, he enjoys playing tennis with friends.
- Pilar B.: Pilar is a sophomore at BB&N and an Editor of the POV. She loves writing about domestic policy. In her spare time, she likes reading, spending time with her cat, and at school, she is a coxswain for varsity crew.
- Vivian C.: Vivian is a rising junior at BB&N. She has been part of the BB&N community since 7th grade. She loves to write about domestic policy, especially public health. In her free time, she likes to run, sing, and bake.
